The challenge of this project was to convince the customer to change the water heating system, and to implement a Heat recovery system, so we would reduce the cost and carbon footprint of the building.

To air condition this set of 22 duplex houses and the Club House, we used Samsung DVM 360 equipment to ensure comfort and efficiency on a day-to-day basis. These equipment have the latest technology, since they improve the distribution of cold air in the area of the room and offer a very visually attractive design.
